Peloton management opted for a BI solution from PIX with an intuitive interface and the ability to integration build into the existing data infrastructure. Secondly, it was supposed to be a self-service system so that sales employees could independently create and change dashboards without involving an IT team.

Peloton executives considered several solutions from domestic vendors. Specialists from the office "Project Center Krasnoyarsk" of the company "First Bit" helped to determine the final choice. In July 2023, testing of the PIX BI system began, which lasted two months. During this period, it was possible to set up analytical dashboards with priority indicators of Peloton sales efficiency over the past year. The pilot project made it possible to get well acquainted with the functionality of the system and assess its prospects for business.

Top managers and employees of the Peloton sales department have already begun to master the functionality of PIX BI. In the future, the company plans to introduce the technology into other departments where visual data analytics is required.

Considering domestic BI systems, specialists from Peloton initially leaned in favor of 1C: Analytics, but this system did not meet the business needs of the customer.
