Implementation of an automated system of accounting
On October 28, 2019 NPF Krug reported that on the Penza CHPP-2 the reliability and accuracy of a holiday and consumption of energy resources thanks to commissioning of a modern automated system of accounting increased. Development and deployment of the automated system of commercial accounting of thermal energy (ASCATE) of the Penza CHPP-2 was caused by need of upgrade of an outdated system.
ASKUTE is put into operation based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000) and performs functions of commercial accounting of a holiday to consumers of thermal energy and accounting of consumption by the station of natural gas and water.
The automated system of commercial accounting of the Penza CHPP-2 is developed using standard technical solutions on creation of an automated system of complex accounting of heatresources.
The industrial DevLink-C1000 controller provides data collection and processing from devices.
The automated workplace of the operator functions running the Russian SCADA KRUG-2000.
The KRUG company performs works on design, supply of equipment, engineering, installation and commissioning.
Installation of equipment of chemical water treatment and central heat distribution station
On October 28, 2019 the Circle company reported that within implementation of the large-scale project of PJSC T Plus on optimization of the scheme of heat supply of Penza the equipment of chemical water treatment and the central heat distribution station on the Penza CHPP-2 is mounted. Works on transfer of heat loads with the Penza CHPP-2 to the Penza CHPP-1 are carried out to the extra heating period.
The APCS of again mounted TsTP of the Penza CHPP-2 is implemented based on KRUG-2000 software and hardware complex (PTK KRUG-2000). The choice of NPF KRUG as the supplier of a software and hardware complex was most preferable in view of cooperation of the company and Mordovsky branch of PJSC T Plus. A decisive factor of the choice – experience in automation of thermal points and implementation of dispatching systems of thermal networks.
The Penza CHPP-2 is included into Mordovsky branch of PJSC T Plus and provides with the electric power and heat the industrial enterprises and objects of social infrastructure located in the southern part of Penza. The set electric power – 16 MW. The set thermal power – 335.5 Gcal/h.
The APCS is implemented using standard technical solution of NPF KRUG for thermal points and industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers for control of the heat-exchanging and pumping equipment by means of modern and well-tried remedies of control and management, with the minimum participation of personnel of the station.
