In Pepperl+Fuchs company the implementation project of the Monitor CRM system is completed by Market Capital Solutions group (MARCS).

In Russia "Pepperl and Fuchs" is engaged in production of electronic sensors and the explosion-proof equipment for automation of different industrial enterprises.

Implementation of the CRM system of Monitor in the company is implemented not only for the purpose of automation of process of customer interaction, but also for receiving an opportunity to arrange business under customer needs on the basis of the obtained analytical data.

Originally in the CRM system all range of goods was unloaded from Excel, structurization on different signs and price types is executed. Then all bases of partners and contacts with them were joint. Further printed forms of documents thanks to which managers of sales department can automatically create commercial offers, accounts and order forms for the supplier were configured, to send document packages to the selected group. If necessary specialists of the company can independently adjust and create new document forms. Control of payment of accounts is also made using new CRM. A system allows to build any reports for the analysis of sales, purchases and marketing.

In a project deliverable within a uniform CRM system the customer base and the range of goods is structured and also document flow and commercial analytics is automated. As the staff of the company should leave often in business trips, access to the relevant customer base is configured via the web interface.
