PepsiCo connects partners to the PepMarket IDMS portal

In October, 2017 the PepsiCo Russia company started the PepMarket IDMS portal for the organization of transfer of orders from the distributors and local clients. Through PepMarket PepsiCo works with 90 clients.

This optimal solution for those clients who on the party for the present did not pass completely to electronic document management, but already thought of resource optimization and increase in efficiency of interaction", – Alexey Katugin, the electronic document management expert, PepsiCo Russia explains.

PepMarket is based on the IDMS system (engl. Integrated Distribution Management System): this complete solution for effective partner interaction, including work with a complete chain of the documents accompanying delivery – from the order to the electronic invoice. For partners of PepsiCo connection to the portal and service is performed free of charge.

PepMarket does not require integration with the accounting system of the company, has the simple and clear interface, at the same time can easily be modified taking into account needs of any customer. The template of the order allows to create the portal solution easily and to copy it further, at the same time the responsible of the company will be able to be connected to PepMarket from any device with Internet access. A system does not require additional human resources for service and can be administered by own specialists of the customer.

For development and deployment of the solution the Corus Consulting CIS company was selected. In the course of works the contractor implemented a number of the additional functions considering specifics of business of PepsiCo in Russia. The company also gives 24/7 technical support.
