March 12, 2015. The Peresvet-Invest company entering into Peresvet Group announced completion of automation of the activity, having implemented an industry specialized system on management of construction projects.
The FORS was involved in accomplishment of these works as the old and well proved partner executed earlier some other projects on the basis of a complex of Oracle applications E-Business Suite for solving of tasks of managerial and financial accounting. Including, document flow, the expense accounting and income, maintaining the feasibility study for projects and property sale, databases of clients and agreements, personnel management was automated. In addition, the special module allowing to visualize the procedures connected with sales process of apartments in houses new buildings was developed and implemented.
Project Objective
The project objective was to provide monitoring of a real status different financial ekonomicheskikhpokazateley construction projects, but also - control of compliance of the actual measure values planned and proper accomplishment of kontragentamivzaimny obligations when conducting construction and other works by them.

The system developed by FORS provides all opportunities for making decision on entry into the construction project; is the convenient tool of a priplanirovaniya and control of hoday execution. It allows to perform the automated maintaining reestrovproyekt, construction objects, agreements, documents, estimates, accumulative sheets and also payments and invoices, including the plan-fact analysis, planning and monitoring of the budget of project works. Let's note that all modules are integrated with the existing system of management accounting.
A system automates jobs of broad professional category - the project manager, the economist, the lawyer, the production and technical department engineer, the document flow, contractual accounting specialist to an itekhnadzor. Let's note that key users of a system are specialists of the technological department which is responsible for control of estimates, accumulative sheets and settlement with contractors. During implementation reconciliation of agreements, estimates and payments on separate projects was carried out and also accumulative sheets of agreements and construction objects for all term of construction are verified.
