On July 5, 2016 the company announced the Oberon end of the complex project on creation of a communication network, command center a system, implementation of multimedia infrastructure in meeting rooms, the hall of meetings of the Perm Financial and Industrial Group (PFIG).
Project Tasks
At the beginning of 2015 at office of the Perm Financial and Industrial Group (PFIG) for holding meetings of top management and the top officials of holding creation of a hi-tech multimedia complex in premises of meeting rooms, an office of the head and the big negotiation transformer hall with a possibility of separation of the premises a mobile partition was planned.
Requirements for design, functional and technical were imposed to each premises. Within the project creation of a communication network, command center a system, implementation of multimedia infrastructure – means of display and speaker systems was supposed. The choice of the contractor was carried out through tender.
In September, 2015 a contractor was the Oberon company integrator is selected.
Project Progress
In October, 2015 specialists Oberon started works on an object.
The first stage - laying of separate cable passages and installation of equipment. For harmonious embedding of means of display in an interior (the necessary condition caused by category of the building, class "A"), regulated elements of fastening are developed and applied. In the transformer hall which is most saturated with the equipment two panels on 85 inches and the projection screen are set.
Calculations of points and viewing angles allowed to define the most comfortable arrangement of a large-format projector from Christie disappearing in a ceiling on the special elevator.
In the adjacent premises jobs for the simultaneous interpreter and the operator are equipped. Hardware control software package it is implemented by means of the application on the tablet or the desktop computer of the operator.
Project Results
The possibility of an output of content to LCD displays through Wi-fi network or panels of the architectural interface on tables provides a set of scenarios of work – from a normal session of a video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING), before brainstorming with a possibility of recording, selection of information and capture of broadcasting. Two individually developed intuitive interfaces allow to manage a system, to both the technical specialist, and conferees.
All premises of the floor are equipped with the professional equipment from leading manufacturers providing high quality of interaction of the top officials of the company locally — indoors and with a connectivity of territorially removed specialists and partners.
Specialists Oberon held testing, training of technicians of the Customer, were present at a first shift of a configuration of the room "transformer" and provided an annual guarantee for a system.
The constructed multimedia complex allows to organize broadcast of media content, to hold business negotiations, working meetings and entertaining actions using sessions of VKS.
