The Permenergo company started implementation of a pilot project of the ASCAPC in the territory of Perm

In IDGC of Ural branch – Permenergo implements a pilot project on creation of an end-to-end system of electricity metering on the basis of Smart Metering technology - the system of intellectual accounting allowing to take far off of meter readings, to manage loading, to use functions of a mnogotarifnost and to make the analysis and planning of energy consumption.

Tasks

Main objective of a pilot project of an end-to-end system of electricity metering on the basis of Smart Metering technology - determination of optimal technical solutions at the organization of intellectual electricity metering in retail market, identification of potential problems and development of methodology of their solution.

For project implementation the joint working group into which representatives of IDGC Holding companies entered is created, IDGC of Ural and Integrated Energy Systems. This group, on the competitive bases, defined the companies which implement works on creation of a pilot end-to-end system of accounting. Among them - the company R.V.S..

Solution

Within the project R. V. S. specialists set the information complex (IC) in 2 pilot zones of the city of Perm. Basic functions of a complex: data processing, arriving from electric power counters and also control of their working capacity. For the operating personnel IVK gives a data acquisition opportunity about electricity consumption, its loss on a power equipment and a status of devices. An integral part of IVK is the protected web website intended for management companies, residents of houses, employees of municipality.

By means of the website residents of apartments and houses will be able to obtain information on the consumed electric power, the applied rates at any time, to plan electricity consumption under the financial opportunities, quickly to receive accounts, and in the long term - to make payment via the website, without leaving the house.

Objectives

Until the end of 2011 in one of districts of Perm about 50 thousand intelligent metering devices in apartment and private houses and at legal entities will be mounted.
