Project Tasks

The enterprise needed the modern and reliable system of domestic production which would provide effective conducting accounting and financial accounting. It was necessary to adjust reporting according to international standards IFRS as securities of the company are allowed to market circulation.

Project Progress

Specialists of The First BIT company implemented at the enterprise domestic software solutions for accounting automation "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" and BIT. FINANCE.Holding integrated into a common information space. A system covers about 100 jobs.

Project Results

Automation allowed the enterprise to create quickly the income and expenditure budget and the budget of cash flow and also to make the plan-fact analysis. Functions of adjustment of budgets and control of their status accelerated process of approval since a week till 2-3 o'clock. At the enterprise reliable control of work with agreements at all stages, from approval before execution and closing is provided. The risk of the admission of terms under agreements and untimely prolongation is excluded.

The module IFRS which is switched on in structure of the BIT. FINANCE.Holding software product provides automatic parallel accounting in Russian accounting standards and IFRS. At the same time time for obtaining reports was considerably reduced and manual transactions are minimized that allowed to exclude risk of the errors connected with a human factor. "Пермэнергосбыт" could cut by half terms of closing of month under RAS.

Implementation increased efficiency of treasury. Process of approval of requests for a funds expenditure, corrections of control values is accelerated. The program creates the register of payments and payment documents, executes exchange about bank client, etc.

Implementation of software products of BIT. FINANCE.Holding and "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" allowed the enterprise to debug process of budgeting and treasury and also it is essential to reduce costs for maintenance of the accounting system.
