"Пермэнергосбыт"   — krupneyshy electricity provider in the territory of Perm Krai. Among clients there are companies more than one million residential consumers and over 35,000 legal entities. In the territory of Perm and Perm Krai 74 Permenergosbyta branches with the general staff more than 1,000 people are located.

The specialist in distance learning of PJSC Permenergosbyt Elena Pylayeva told how using iSpring in the company implemented a single system of employee development. What were you going to improve in the system of training?

In our company there was a need to build a single system of knowledge management for training and retraining of specialists. We were faced by the following tasks:

Train at a flow a large number of employees in 74 branches of the company according to the uniform program. Bring the educational system of the company to the general standard. Optimize learning process and adaptations of employees. As much as possible to reduce time of a separation of employees and their mentors from the main work. Save the budget on training. Tell, please, in more detail about how you trained employees before implementation of DO.

Before implementation of SDO iSpring all loading on training of beginners laid down on shoulders of internal employees. To provide internal trainings, we spent a lot of time for moving, and to fill audience for 100% was almost impracticable task. Beginners were trained by mentors in each department. All this led to the fact that it was difficult to achieve uniformity in training, there was no approved and approved training program.

We selected from several companies, however, only iSpring met our main requirements: universality for the purposes of training, cost, simplicity of implementation and mastering of a product. How did you organize development process of training materials in a new format?

In May, 2016 we began development of electronic rates based on iSpring.

First of all we connected the interested divisions, prepared the training materials and transferred them to an electronic format.

We needed to develop the training program for again accepted employees, first of all, for the front managers working with residential consumers. The specifics of a company performance are so diverse that it was required to involve many internal experts to creation of qualitative and competent content of training courses.

At first we developed the training program for beginners with the symbolical name "Start". Electrical Equipment Bases, Internal Documents of the Company, Internet resources, Legislation, Contractual relations and Software rates entered it.


What possibilities of iSpring were the most useful to the solution of your tasks?

The Dialog tool helped us to develop quickly exercise machines for working off of skills of work with electrical equipment, on conducting calculations for the electric power and use of Internet resources of the company and also for acquaintance to the technical basics of electric equipment.

For example, during creation of one of heads of a rate devoted to the voice menu in work of directory service, the dialog format optimum was suitable for modeling of routing of calls.

After each training course we added the test test. It was very easy to create tests in iSpring QuizMaker, from the technical point of view there were no difficulties.

The format of tests turned out very "not dull", considering rather difficult specifics of activity of the company.

Quickly flexible configurations in iSpring QuizMaker helped to prepare test materials: creation of groups of questions, random check of questions, navigation and branching.

With iSpring we developed 40 tests for engineers and technicians as soon as possible   —  2 months.

And, of course, thanks to iSpring we could create the dictionary of the main terms and concepts and to provide its regular updating.

As for SDO iSpring Online, it helps us to train equally the staff of all departments and to support the uniform standard of service. Also with its help we successfully carried out internal certification on advanced training of employees.

Every month we unload reports from SDO and we send them to heads   — eto very much saves time. Now mentors can just control as is trained and to keep track of results of beginners. Especially I want to note a report type "The analysis of answers"   — on helps to understand how it is possible to improve the training program and single questions in tests and exercise machines.

Employees estimated advantages of a remote format too: it is pleasant to them that all training materials are collected in one place. It is easy to find all necessary information, and we constantly monitor its relevance. How did implementation of a single system of training affect results of your employees?

After successful implementation of the Start program for half a year it there passed more than 150 employees. Thanks to it beginners began to adapt quicker in the company, and mentors had more time for the main objectives.

Initially the program was expected only training of again accepted employees, but afterwards it interested heads of divisions and sections.

Every month in our system 200 employees from 74 branches are trained.

We constantly receive applications for training not only beginners, but also specialists with extensive work experience in the company. It is especially pleasant that the additional motivation for this purpose is not required. Employees actively take part in training, sincerely worry about results, rejoice to progress and thank for convenient access to important information in work.

Today we create and we implement training courses and on other subjects for specialists of narrower qualification: "Calculations for the electric power", Sales, Cash desks. Besides, we began to develop the directory of goods of PJSC Permenergosbyt where the iSpring tools were irreplaceable.

It is sure that ahead of us waits for many interesting opening and new projects.
