Create a modern resource, automate sales of training courses and optimize the working hours of managers.

Decisions

A pre-design analysis of the competitive environment and a cross-section on existing and assumed focus groups was carried out. Based on the data, they designed a new website interface and developed an up-to-date modern design. There are hundreds of educational products in the customer's catalog. These are training programs for specialists of different levels. Quickly find the right product is one of the features that is especially important for users. Also, loyalty points are added by a transparent structure, the ability to place an order and other functionality.

The integrator team has worked through all the details of the project. The site meets all the requirements of potential customers. Each user can find all the necessary information. The system also solves the problems of additional sales through detailed offers of additional and new courses, informs about discounts, personal offers and reminds you to complete the training stages.

As a platform, the product "1C-Bitrix: Business" is used. This CMS has the necessary certificates for working with personal data and their storage in the Russian Federation. And for educational products, personal data protection is a necessary requirement A non-standard exchange plan with 1C "Training Center Management" was developed and put into operation:

• Information about the teachers of the training center "Personnel"
• Course Data and Communication with Instructor
• Total number and availability of available seats per course
• Tuition costs

Project results

The customer received a new tool that allows selling courses online. As of September 2022, the center's catalog contains more than 1600 training programs for specialists of any level.

The online schedule on the Staff website displays information on all full-time and distance training courses indicating the place and time of the meeting.
