Software package of the automated collection of data on a status of intra house gas economy of the city of St. Petersburg

The NEOLANT company executed development and deployment of a software package of the automated data collection about statuses of intra house gas economy of the city of St. Petersburg by request of PeterburgGaz LLC.

Solution

The software package is intended for automation of process of service of intra room objects by personnel of PeterburgGaz company. The technology of collection of information allows to reduce costs for carrying out inventory of objects of gas economy due to creation of uniform information storage and automatic updating of the data coming to it.

Using the mobile terminal the inspector obtains information on the plan of a bypass, the objects which are subject to maintenance according to a task and also data on objects – information on the previous surveys, documentation. At a bypass it performs input in the data terminal about parameters of the serviced equipment and about failures in service. Further according to the data arriving from the mobile terminal registration of task performance on bypasses in an information system of the customer, excepting thereby costs for their repeated processing is automatically performed.

The software package is developed in cooperation with PeterburgGaz LLC. In parallel with the works performed NEOLANT, the customer conducted development of own subsystem providing formation of tasks for a bypass of intra room objects which were synchronized further with mobile terminals.

Details

A system allows to solve the following problems:

  • automate process of formation and issue of tasks to service staff using mobile terminals and to reduce time spent for it;
  • raise degree of knowledge of personnel of the serviced objects due to operational providing information from an information system on the mobile terminal of the employee;
  • exclude repeated information input in a system by drawing up and providing the reporting on the facts of bypasses and hardware maintenance;
  • increase the completeness and accuracy of the information about objects of gas economy accumulated in an information system of the customer due to use of input validation of information using mobile terminals.

Opinion

Based on trial operation the complex showed reduction of time expenditure on accomplishment of one task (15 objects) about 40 minutes. "By our estimates, the similar solution is unique for the enterprises performing operation of gas economy and allows to increase efficiency of our specialists", – the head of department of automation of production processes of PeterburgGaz LLC Anton Vanin claims.
