Petrolesport (CargoPrime: Complex automation)

A system "CargoPrime is admitted to Petrolesport companies in commercial operation: Control of the cargo terminal", developed by specialists of Dialog Information Technologies company on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. Petrolesport is one of the stevedoring companies of St. Petersburg.

Implementation of a new system was begun for the purpose of optimization of the operational accounting connected with transfer of all types of loads. In the company considered that it was for this purpose necessary to reorganize activity of some services of the company and to automate accounting of loads.

System implementation, according to the customer, passed in extremely intensive mode from July to December, 2007. A system was launched without stopping operation of the terminal. 30 jobs in different divisions of the company are automated.

The implemented system provides the automated accounting of such transactions as arrival of inward cargoes and loaded a beater trailers on the vessel; release and delivery of inward cargoes to receivers to a car and railway transport; rastarka and zatarka of a container or beater trailer; examination, repacking and cargo transfer in port; acceptance of export loads in port and their shipment in courts; time management of finding of vessels, railway cars and motor transport in port; calculation of cost of the performed works.

Within the project data exchange with a corporate system was implemented, the possibility of storage of scanned copies of consignment documents with a binding in a system to specific transaction appeared, document flow on accounting of timber is implemented, billing of services of port is automated.
