One of the largest Russian pharmacy chains of Vit - is provided in 7 regions of Russia and contains over 450 drugstores (Vit and Kind Heart) – together with Gold Seredina company and Sovcombank gave start to the new rewards program for the clients. As the platform for the loyalty program the Golden mean company used the ready-made solution Manzana Loyalty based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The developed discount rewards program of loyalty on the Manzana Loyalty platform will allow to manage a customer loyalty and sales effectively. "Our network is one of the largest networks in the Volga region and the Russian Federation. We have a large number of drugstores, it is a lot of clients. And, naturally, the most necessary for us now the task which is particularly acute – management of client loyalty, sales management", – Svetlana Popova, the head of advertizing and public relations of network of drugstores of Vit comments.
In 2013 the network of drugstores of Vit was engaged in active search of the contractor who could develop and implement very quickly and qualitatively the project of the rewards program. The main condition by search of the supplier was existence of a ready system with effective tools for communication with clients.
