The international provider of storage, cloud services and telecommunications solutions Linxdatacenter has provided an IaaS solution for the international HR service provider Phenom People. The goal is to optimize the company's work with personal data. This became known in November 2021.

Phenom People is a global HR company specializing in the development of IT solutions for business and applicants. The company provides its customers with access to artificial intelligence-based SaaS-platforme Talent Experience Management (Phenom TXM).

The Phenom TXM platform offers universal solutions for candidates, recruiters, employees and managers who eliminate the need for using numerous HR tools, reduce the time and cost of selecting candidates, and help develop competencies and increase the efficiency of specialists. With a combination of artificial intelligence, smart search, and integrated integration, TXM offers users personalized recommendations for vacancies and career development.

In its daily work, Phenom People is faced with the need to collect, process and store a huge array of personal data - applicants, employees, recruiters. To maintain current business processes, the company uses its own IT infrastructure built in AWS.

When entering the Russian market, Phenom People needed expertise in designing an optimal IT solution architecture to comply with Russian personal data legislation. The company needed qualified specialists and tools to deploy an IT solution that complied with the basic requirements of 152-FZ and its own IB standards.

To preserve the usual practices and processes of Phenom People in Russia, the databases were partially transferred to the Linxdatacenter cloud, with a direct connection over a dedicated channel based on the Direct Cloud Connect service. This provides an additional layer of data protection, eliminating the risks associated with the use of Internet communication channels.
