2021: Automating Human Resources Processes
On March 25, 2021, SAP CIS announced that PhosAgro will automate human resources processes with the SAP SuccessFactors solution. The project was developed with the participation of SAP Services CIS experts and specialists of EBSI Consulting LLC. During 2021, modules on personnel selection, evaluation and training will be launched, then modules on personnel reserve and personnel efficiency management. The final stage will be the automation of HR processes of career guidance and social policy. The implementation of the system will improve the operational efficiency of the company by automating, improving the speed and quality of HR process management. HR specialists will save time by reducing the volume of manual operations.
The implementation of SAP SuccessFactors is strategically important for us, the platform will allow us to review the human resources management processes, scale them to all employees and provide everyone, regardless of position, with full access to all the capabilities of HR services.
