Pilkington Glass optimizes customer interaction using SAP Analytics Cloud

On November 15, 2017 the company SAP CIS also Pilkington Glass announced project implementation on digital transformation of business based on SAP Analytics Cloud.

Project Objective

• raise the quality level of relationship with the Russian clients due to providing a personal account of the buyer to them and creations of reports on existence of finished goods in different warehouses of the company
• improve quality of acceptance of management decisions on the basis of obtaining analytical reports about activity of all divisions in real time
• holding meetings in online the mode.

It is expected that in half a year the company will already use already ready analytical system.
