On November 16, 2016 the Conteq company announced project management system implementation on the Microsoft Project platform by request of Pioner Group.
Project Tasks
In St. Petersburg the Pioneer group attracted Conteq company to the organization of an effective project management system.
Earlier the Pioner group used functionality of Microsoft Project for planning of productive activity. The upgraded project management system, according to project participants of implementation, will help to increase transparency of the project progress and to organize effective group work.
Managers of projects of Pioner Group in St. Petersburg will have a dashboard with information output about the status of control points on projects, with a possibility of detailing of information on them on demand - control of an adherence to deadlines (plan/fact/deviation), amounts and resources in real time on modern dashboards will be carried out. At the same time, a system will help to plan and control monthly up to 4-5 large-scale projects in which about 50 employees and contract organizations will be involved.
Project Progress
The project management system will make possible the organization of joint work of staff of the St. Petersburg office Pioner Group and contract organizations. Contractors will be able to report daily for accomplishment of these or those works directly via the web browser. For this purpose consultants of Conteq company created requirements to maintaining and providing information from contractors, having provided its standardization and a regulation.
