The Pioneer Group has changed its solution provider to protect against information leaks. This was announced on July 8, 2021 by SearchInform. In May 2021, the company began to commission SearchInform CIB, as of July 2021, the DLP system protects more than half of corporate PCs and laptops, and implementation continues. The main task of the system is to prevent leaks of information, as well as monitor the work of employees with third parties, contractors, their compliance with the established working rules. Pioneer Group is interested in monitoring data exchange between colleagues, using cloud services, sending information through email.

The company noted that even on the test, the system proved to be a reliable tool for operational control and made it possible to identify security incidents. So, SörchInform CIB helped find employees who distributed information that damaged the company's reputation, as well as the facts of transferring confidential files in instant messengers.

The system interface is intuitive, at any time you can generate and view a report on parameters of interest. This allows you to quickly provide the company management with the requested information - in a clear and accessible form. The " SearchInform CIB" has thought about exporting and importing the configuration, but even where you need to manually change the security policy settings for any of the system modules, it is easy to understand the procedure. The possibilities integration of a solution are pleasing. Also among the advantages of CIB, the customer highlighted the flexible configuration of analytical reports, the large coverage of control channels. Already at the initial stage of implementation, the company used almost all modules of the system. In addition, Pioneer Group noted the high quality of product support from the vendor at all stages of implementation.

Work on the project for the introduction of information protection systems in Pioneer Group of Companies is ongoing. The plans are to expand the perimeter of control to include all office and remote employees, as well as to increase monitoring capabilities by connecting new IB tools, especially SoundInform FileAuditor, DCAP solutions for controlling file storage and user operations with them.
