"Plant Elecon" implemented the automation equipment of payroll

On August 12, 2015 it became known of an implementation project in IT structure of JSC Plant Elecon of the software solution of registration of personnel, working time and payroll on the 1C Platform: Salary and personnel management 8. Integrator in the project Standard 1 c company.

Project Tasks

The plant needed consolidation of regulated accounting of the personnel, working time and payroll in one information base, reducing at the same time the volume of manual work. It was required to observe modern requirements for personal data protection and one more requirement to the project: to execute all features of accounting using standard functionality of a system.

Project Progress

The task, according to integrator, was solved not simply. Difficulties faced because of the scale of the plant: Elecon is large enterprise and, as a result, quite inert. As a result of many time left on different approvals and other organizational work.

The customer's employees took part in the project - they independently developed tools for broadcast of data on the actual presence of the employee at the plant from a gating system in a subsystem of time keeping.

Project Results

After implementation at the plant made the decision on independent support and updating of a system according to requirements of the legislation.
