Plant of Plastic ordered the project documentation for production restructuring

On July 7, 2016 the Neolant company announced completion of preparation of the project documentation by request of JSC Plant of Plastic. A project objective - reconstruction of production capacities^[1].

Project Tasks

The plant works in the city of Kopeysk of Chelyabinsk region on two production sites of 456 hectares. Primary activity of the plant - production, repair and utilization of ammunition. The plant is engaged in production of industrial explosives and release of the nanoblend containing ultradispersed diamonds.

Project Results

Neolant performed a complex of project works within which developed project * documentation for rebuilding plans of the plant:

• reconstruction of the existing engineering on-site networks;
• heat supply and water supply (including system design of cleaning and disinfecting of artesian water, laying of a new heating main of superheated water);
• design of the gas pipeline for gas supply of the modular boiler house;
• reconstruction of the existing on-site pipelines of compressed air;
• reconstruction of the on-site and feeding cable lines existing, replacement physically worn-out electric networks – 6, 7 km.
• reconstruction of outside lighting of the main production site;
• reconstruction of treatment facilities;
• reconstruction of highways and railway tracks;
• reconstruction of buildings of workshop No. 11 (buildings 235, 235/5): replacement of internal utilities, finishing of walls, floors and repair of a roof of buildings.

The works in the project are completed in 2015.
