Process automation of production planning and sales:

• Process of making changes in the production schedule;
• Approval of these of change between divisions of the customer.

Within these processes the EDS of documents will be used. Assessment of volume of documents in storage: 15 Gb-current base. The next stage of workflow automation will include as support of organizational processes (management of meetings, management of orders, routing of office letters and orders, management of legal documents), and implementation of subject-oriented document flow regarding management of design documentation and integration about 1C: Enterprise 7.7. According to Andrey Sursky, the director of Plant of Instrument Bearings LLC: "The project became the most successful of all implemented IT projects at our enterprise. System implementation of DocsVision allowed to solve key problems in the field of management of documents and business processes. It is difficult to revaluate value of workflow automation for large enterprise as it allows to control quickly execution of all documents that is extremely important when almost each production process depends on the processing speed of one or several documents. Thanks to this project we considerably increased performing discipline of employees and labor productivity".

Within the project on implementation of EDMS DocsVision it was succeeded to automate daily demanded processes of life activity of the enterprise among which: statement, approval and agreement signature and memos, publication of orders, projects, standards of technical production and minutes of meetings. Registration, approval and execution of memos, incoming correspondence is automatic, all document types affirm and published. The major production processes, such as planning, control of accomplishment of plans, adjustments and closings of production schedules are completely automated.

Staff of the enterprise ceased to waste working time on search of the necessary documents in work – now at their order the system of search in different parameters. Work with documents is organized in electronic form that excludes their loss or damage. The customized system of confidentiality of documents allows to hide the important information which is not subject to distribution.
