Two medical centers of Plastic C increased the speed and customer service quality

Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of two medical centers of Plastic C using the software product "BIT: Management of the Medical Center". In a project deliverable maintaining the customer base and clinical records, settlement with visitors is automated. Thanks to what the speed and customer service quality increased.

The medical centers of Plastic C created in 2001 by group of supporter doctors became one of the first non-state multi-profile clinics in the city to the Queen.

The leaders of the centers of Plastic C made the decision on cooperation with 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) — the largest regional network among firms of the franchisee of 1C. Before automation manual work remained, mainly at all stages of business.

Taking into account specifics of business specialists of BIT company proposed an optimal solution for automation of two medical centers — the software product "BIT: Management of the Medical Center". A task which faced implementers — to make work of staff of the centers of the most convenient and rational, and customer service — comfortable and effective.
