"Platinum Bank" implements a cloud solution of electronic document management

Platinum Bank implemented electronic document management that allowed bank to simplify considerably processing and archiving of large volumes of information, to reduce time for search and work with documents and also to service clients in any of departments, irrespective of branch of a design of the credit.

Solution

The software of DOKBS Electronic Archive is implemented in Management of quality control and storage of bank documents. Thanks to an innovation, employees of the bank had an opportunity to distinguish on the scanned documents of a barcode and to check credit affairs of clients on electronic base. Implementation of this software allowed to reduce time for search of credit affairs by 3 times and also to considerably accelerate request processing from other divisions of bank.
