2025: Introduction of an AI recruiter
The Plus Group has introduced artificial intelligence into the recruitment system of the Samolet Plus franchise network. An AI recruiter was launched in a quarter of the network's offices in July; it is planned that it will process applications for more than 150 thousand candidates for the position of real estate agents per year. According to the company, the introduction of AI will reduce the cost of primary selection of candidates by 60%. Polyus Group of Companies announced this on August 6, 2025.
The AI recruiter conducts text interviews, assesses motivation, experience and eligibility, classifies applicants, and passes those eligible to the next stage. All this allows you to reduce the pre-selection time by at least half. The HR team devotes the time to adapting and training new employees, and network partners can focus on key business metrics: customer service and deal execution.
In total, more than 400 thousand candidates a year respond to the vacancies of the Samolet Plus network for the position of real estate agents. About 40% of them, according to the company, are ready to be selected using AI. In the future, this share will grow, confident in the Plus group.

In the future, it is planned that the AI recruiter will also be able to conduct emotional analysis and HR scoring of candidates, help integrate newcomers into the processes of adaptation, training and building career tracks.
