"Cliques system" announced in January, 2015 the beginning of the project of automation of business of Polyfoam Wholesale production company. As the central IT system the manufacturer of heat-insulating plates selected the CRM solution based on the Klient-Communicator platform.

Penoplast Opt Kemerovo LLC is a producer of heat-insulating plates on the basis of expanded polystyrene (polyfoam) in the Siberian region. It is the newest high-performance plant of the European level which turns out high-quality products under the ECOTHERM brand. The enterprise is focused on the quality of an end product meeting the requirements of GOST and the specification and locates warehouses in Tomsk, Kemerovo and Novosibirsk.

Prior to the beginning of an implementation project of the central IT system, the Polyfoam Wholesale company used different software solutions for creation of process of management of production and product sales. All data were stored separately, planning and inventory tracking was conducted at a low level, there was no accurate scheme of customer interaction and partners. In view of high growth rates of business and increase in information volume, all used solutions ceased to meet the increased requirements to performance and functionality. The company management decided to make a choice for benefit of the single flexible and technological platform including a production circuit, purchases, control of a remaining balance, deliveries and work with partners. All imposed requirements found reflection in a complex CRM system "Click. Trade", including business process management using the BPMN cards, additional tools on setup of the solution and the powerful analytical block.

At the first stage of the project employees "Polyfoam wholesale" transferred base of partners and the product range to a unified environment of a corporate system. Forces of technical specialists of Cliques System configured integration of CRM with the IP telephony Rostelecom. Within one installation "Click. Trade" is automated work of geographically distributed finished goods warehouses, with a search capability of goods on each of them, including on a barcode of a batch and serial number of a product.

System implementation completely automated sales process in production company: from a lead to the transaction and further development of the client. Besides, implementation of the CRM solution provided the management Polyfoam of Wholesale with the powerful analytical tool allowing a message multilevel filtering and grouping to build interactive and multilevel charts, to create the OLAP reports on all key registers and reports of Crystal Reports.

In total within the project to the CRM system "Click. Trade" 4 users are connected.
