By the beginning of 2005 in the conditions of dynamic expansion of the range, the customer base and, respectively, growth of volumes of a trading activity the special importance for increase in efficiency, completeness and customer service quality was purchased by two interconnected tasks:

  • improvement of process of a design and implementation of customer orders;
  • reduction of terms of a complete set and shipment of customer orders in full.

The company management understood that the solution of these tasks within the existing system is a temporary measure. Implementation of an information system with qualitatively new functional and technological capabilities was required. On analysis results, carried out by specialists Polytechnic University Tool, the solution integrating possibilities of the products "1C: Trade Management 8.0" and "1C Logistics was the most preferable: Management of a warehouse" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.0 platform.

The efficiency of implementation of a uniform information business system is proved by the following arguments:

  • use of the uniform normative reference information;
  • automatic data transmission between functional units of a system;
  • formation of the reliable chain of documents reflecting order fulfillment process, beginning from the address of the client to the sales area manager and finishing with departure of the loaded vehicle from a warehouse.

The uniform information business system, along with basic functionality of both products, provides to the client completely automated integration tools (exchange of documents in real time):

  • work planning of a warehouse on the confirmed data from the trade module (document transfer "The order of the buyer", "Return from the buyer" and Supplier order in the warehouse module in a document type "Shipment planning" and "Acceptance planning");
  • transfer of results of service of orders in a warehouse in the trade module (formation of the documents "Sales of Goods" and "Goods receipt" according to the actual data provided by warehouse documents Shipment and Acceptance);
  • possibility of write-off of series of the nomenclature by data from the warehouse module;
  • transfer to the trade module of changes of a transaction balance of goods based on carrying out supplementary warehouse procedures (according to warehouse documents Assembly and Inventory).

As a result of implementation of the new integrated information system significantly accelerated and customer service became more better, coordination of actions of staff of trade service and a warehouse of the enterprise considerably improved. During the project 19 jobs are automated.
