The Porsche company developed the new concept of logistics for production of the new four-door sports Panamera hatchback and the Cayenne SUV at the plant in Leipzig, Germany, – one of the most modern enterprises in the world. Thanks to the planned procedures covering all suppliers, parts are supplied on the plant of all for an hour before they are transferred to the assembly line. It actually eliminates the need for warehouse spaces.

SAP solutions are used as main system of management of all supply chain, beginning from the statement of the supplier and the order of component parts before management of a warehouse.
