SafeTech implemented PayControl in work of hauler of grain of Port transit

2019: PayControl use

On January 23, 2020 it became known that "Port transit" implemented and began to use to to electronic document management system the platform mobile authentications and electronic signature PayControl. The solution developed by the Russian company SafeTech, the resident IT cluster of Skolkovo Foundation will allow haulers to sign primary electronic documents with the mobile signature and to implement full paperless document flow.

Field of activity of Port transit company are complex services in the organization of road haulage of grain. Key customers of Port transit are the large companies – exporters of grain. Since 2010 the company offers the following services in the market: the organization of the parking of heavy-load cars in Novorossiysk, providing logistics and scheduling of the NGT and NKHP, development of specialized services for haulers, monitoring of motor transport, installation and support of control systems of access. As partners of the company specialized transport companies – from small, to large carriers of grain act.

For the purpose of providing modern services to customers the Port transit company developed the system of paperless document flow in which suppliers of grain and haulers have an opportunity to process all necessary primary documents in electronic form (in particular, shipping requests and acts of the performed works). For security of document flow and its legal importance, a possibility of a full-fledged work of drivers and representatives of haulers on mobile devices, the Port transit company solved a problem of the choice and integration into an electronic document management system of advanced technologies of the mobile signature.

The main selection terms of solutions of the mobile electronic signature became: simplicity and efficiency of formation of the signature of documents on the driver's smartphone, providing the set security level of actions of users and also minimization of finance costs in comparison with other systems of formation of the electronic signature. During the detailed analysis of the solutions presented at the Russian market, a choice was made for benefit of the platform of mobile authentication and the electronic signature PayControl.

Modern information technologies allowed to bring such difficult and specific sphere as grain road haulage to qualitatively other level: develop convenient and demanded services, reduce finance and time expenditure both by logistics, and by routine transactions of document creation. The electronic document management system developed by us in which using technologies of SafeTech company the mobile signature of electronic documents is implemented allows to implement timely and qualitatively all business processes connected with grain delivery, to provide a possibility of paperless document flow, a possibility of a full-fledged work on mobile devices. It allows to fulfill the requirements of business of suppliers of grain and to reduce costs of carriers, noted Igor Zaytsev, the development director of Port transit

Successful implementation of the PayControl platform in an electronic document management system of Port transit company convincingly shows how large-scale can be effect of use of the mobile electronic signature and creation of paperless document flow in general. Project deliverables demonstrated advantages of use of the innovative technologies of SafeTech to the transport and logistic sphere.
