Project Tasks
- Implementation of the following modules of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system: Registration of personnel, the Staff list, Time keeping, Payroll, Accounting for RPF.
- In addition to problems of conducting personnel records and calculation of the time salary process automation of maintaining dresses and calculation of price-work salary
- Integration the BOSS-personnel officer with a financial system of the Potentsial plant — "1C: Institute of Model Solutions".
The BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system was brought into commercial operation in May of the current year, having replaced earlier used system "with 1C: FIREPLACE". In the closest plans of BSC and the Potentsial plant - integration of the module of time keeping of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer with the access control system (ACS).
It is not the first joint project of Schneider Electric Ltd and BSC company. The foundation was laid for productive cooperation in December, 2008 when specialists of BSC started full-scale implementation of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system in a number of divisions of Schneider Electric in Russia and Ukraine. Implementation the BOSS-personnel officer became for Schneider Electric company a strategic step, and the information solution - the main tool to go to model of centralized operation by personnel processes in a uniform HRM system (earlier in separate divisions of Schneider Electric Ltd for registration of personnel and payroll different IT solutions were used).
In August, 2010 the new task – to implement a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer at the Potentsial plant (Kozmodemyansk, Mari El) was set for specialists of BSC. Potentsial was a part of Schneider Electric in 2008 as a result of merge to Wessen company. In 2009 complex upgrade of the enterprise was implemented. Today Potentsial is the platform, largest in Russia, on production of electroinstallation products. Total number of staff of the enterprise – about two thousand people.
Within the current project at the Potentsial plant it is going to implement the following modules of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER HRM system: Registration of personnel, the Staff list, Time keeping, Payroll, Accounting for RPF. Besides, the functionality providing calculation of dresses for workers with a price-work wage system plus integration the BOSS-personnel officer with a financial system of the Potentsial plant - "1C will be implemented: Institute of Model Solutions".
At the moment specialists of BSC completed preproject inspection, together with a project team of the Potentsial plant approaches to setup and conducting transactions in the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system are approved, works on preparation for migration of personnel data are begun. Perform implementation of a HRM system at the Potentsial plant, including development of additional functionality and integration with an external information system of the enterprise, it is planned for half a year. Start of a personnel management system the BOSS-personnel officer in commercial operation is planned for the beginning of February, 2011.
