EAE-Consult patented a cloud solution on seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA and DirectumRX

2019: Development of the integration solution

On January 14, 2019 the company "EAE-Consult" announced that it patented cloud the solution on seamless integration of products SAP S/4HANA and DirectumRX. The integration solution was developed during the project on digital transformation of group "Power, system integration" (Ensi Group).

Taking into account that based on DirectumRX processes of office-work and management of transactions are already automated, the management made the decision on development of the project and transfer to EDMS of work with agreements and the connected processes which were conducted before in the accounting system of SAP.

The base of archive of finance documents implemented in DirectumRX allowed to reduce storage cost, to do any selections, by any parameters, to do qualitative reports, including in the shortest possible time to create reports with unloading of bodies of documents at the request of the controlling state bodies, minimizing risks for the company, its owner and the head.

On the basis of a cloud service of MS Azure LogicApps the project on creation of the corporate service bus was open for integration of all main systems of the company, including SAP S/4HANA and DirectumRX. The project was completed in short terms by specialists EAE-Consult. As a result of development the specialized integration solution Web API Directum RX which expands possibilities of DirectumRX regarding integration with other external information systems is created.
