2022: Appius-PLM Product Lifecycle Management Package Implementation Results

As part of the development strategy, ENERGOMASH JSC has implemented Appius-PLM product lifecycle management software from APPIUS and continues to make maximum use of the system's functionality in production. Appius announced this on February 16, 2022.

ENERGOMASH JSC specializes in the manufacture and complex supply of high-tech shut-off and control, shut-off, safety and return valves for oil and gas, petrochemistry and energy enterprises.

The company began to implement the Appius-PLM UZHTSI system in April 2019 for the "1C: Enterprise Management 8" (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management) account system used at that time. In 2020, the plant switched to the 1C: ERP accounting system and the corresponding version of Appius-PLM. Using the automatic conversion utility of KTPP data and instructions provided by the developer, the transition was possible in a short time, without losing data, which allowed the enterprise to completely eliminate downtime.

Among the most popular areas of Appius-PLM functionality among ENERGOMASH specialists are engineering databases, a project management subsystem, and the capabilities of TPP /GTP editor to describe typical and group technological processes.
