Energoinzhiniring Ltd completes system implementation of automation of operational management and accounting

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed automation of accounting in Energoinzhiniring company using software "BIT: Construction", the company integrator reported on November 22, 2012.

Activity of Energoinzhiniring LLC began in 2001. At a certain stage of development of the company the management faced complexity of accounting on objects according to construction specifics. There was a need for the specialized solution which would allow to automate planned and accounting functions and to timely receive analytics by construction objects.

Based on monitoring of the solutions proposed in the IT market, the management of Energoinzhiniring company selected a product on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.2 – "BIT: Construction".

Solution

Implementing solution "BIT: Construction" provided for the customer:

• Increase in accuracy of cost accounting of objects, at the expense of the qualitative cost accounting;
• Transparent accounting and effective control of the movement of materials on objects, due to existence in the system of material reports of the foreman and also dedicated circuits of write-off of materials;
• Accuracy of management accounting, treasury and budgeting;
• Reduction of time for preparation of accounting and tax statements, due to increase in accuracy of data entry and processing speed of documents.
