Prasol Stavropolya Ltd (1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8)

The decision on implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was made in connection with increased dokumentoboroty. The reason of increase in the dokuntoobort became uses of separate programs for different types of accounting.

Creation of uniform information base was the main objective of a new system.

The 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was selected because before in Prasol Stavropolya Ltd software products of 1C Company were already used.

As a result of work on implementation the following departments were automated:

• Accounting
• Purchasing department
• Sales department
• Personnel department
• Warehouse

Using the software product the following tasks are at the moment automated:

• Accounting and tax accounting
• Personnel management, payroll calculation
• Purchase management
• Sales management
• Inventory management
• Cost management
• Cash management
• Management of fixed assets

As a result of implementation 10 jobs were automated.

Result of implementation became:

• to the sozdena of uniform information base;
• it was succeeded to increase work speed;
• an opportunity to quickly obtain information on the current activity.

Further support of the software product on the course of its operation is planned.
