ELAR filled up electronic storage of the prefecture of SAO

September 24, 2015. ELAR corporation announced a work on preparation and loading in electronic archive of executive authority of the capital of internal documents for 2008-2012. Electronic information resources of the Prefecture of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow (SAO) will be updated until the end of the current year.

Support of information resources in current status allowed district and district specialists to spend a minimum of time for document retrieval, used both in internal activity, and by preparation of replies to the requests from MFC for providing public services. Besides, the project is directed to execution of requirements of the resolution of the Moscow government which order to executive authorities to store and to regularly transfer documents of permanent storage life, including electronic, to the Central archive of Moscow, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

Now the electronic archive of the Prefecture of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow contains documents for 2008. Specialists of ELAR will carry out complex technical support of electronic archive and will load into it from workflow systems and office-work more than 28 thousand archive documents for 2008-2012.

"Electronic storages of territorial authorities of executive power are a part of the Single System of Electronic Archives (SSEA) of Moscow which subsystems of electronic archives of the capital government, Glavarkhiva, the city enterprises and services also enter, - the head of the analytical department and works with a public sector of ELAR corporation Ilya Verigin tells. – ESEA is created on the SAPERION platform and intended for storage and providing electronic documents for the benefit of city services and also for process automation of conducting archiving in city government, prefectures, justices and city archives".
