Prefecture of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow (ELAR of Skamaks)

ELAR corporation completed creation and loading of an information resource in electronic storage of the Prefecture of South-Western Administrative District of the capital. Within the project scanning of documents of 2011-2012 was carried out, namely: orders of the prefect and orders on primary activity, orders on housing questions and protocols of the land commission. Documents are digitized on the ELAR SKAMAKS professional scanners intended for high-speed line scanning and indexed on relevant search fields.

The received electronic base is loaded into storage of an automated system "Electronic archive of the South-Western Administrative District of Moscow" constructed based on the ELAR SAPERION platform. Project implementation provided specialists of the prefecture of the district and justices of areas with the full regulated access to the documents used both in daily work and for issue of copies to applicants when rendering public services.
