The project of upgrade ERP system in Premium Engineering company is complete

The West Concept holding started project implementation on additional implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Premium Engineering company.

Background

Earlier in the company the implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, however, as the Head of Department of IT, Sergey Usik noticed was already implemented: "In connection with rapid business development and also significant change of business processes, a system demanded serious completion regarding formation of the management reporting for representation to its top management".

Solution

As a result of the tender a choice is made for benefit of a command of West Concept.

Framework of the project is created on the basis of data of the conducted preproject research and though originally automation had to affect only a warehouse and logistics, eventually, the project covered a broad spectrum of tasks of the client which are going to be solved by means of the following system modules:

Final

Implementation project completion was announced on January 21, 2013 by the company integrator.

The project automates modules: sales and clients; project management; purchases and suppliers; logistics; goods and warehouse; management of business trips.

For January 21, 2013, according to statements of partners in the project, the Premium Engineering company has on hand unified information environment for participants of design processes, budgetings, purchases and transportation. A system provides timely placement of information in a convenient form and necessary amount.

The number of users in a system - 30 people.
