Presidential Academy and Rostelecom agree on digital partnership

2022: Agreement on joint implementation of the Priority 2030 program

The Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) and Rostelecom entered into a cooperation agreement. Rostelecom announced this on April 28, 2022. The document was signed by the rector of the academy Vladimir Mau and the president of the company Mikhail Oseevsky. The parties agreed on the joint implementation of the Priority 2030 strategic academic leadership program, the digital transformation of the academy and the development of scientific and educational projects.

Within the framework of the consortium, it is planned to prepare the academy's digital cloudy infrastructure, develop the RANEPA management system IT infrastructure , and ensure reliable. information security The parties plan to work together to create an interactive map of the academy, integration biometric technologies for the activities of the university, develop a platform for applied macro and microeconomic analysis and an information and communication platform "RANHiGS-." The consulting plans also include the organization of joint training programs, cooperation in the field of expert-analytical and research work.

Rostelecom has long been our friend and partner. Strengthening existing cooperation is an important step for the academy. We conduct active educational and research activities in the field of information technology. On behalf of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the academy trains leaders of digital transformation: deputy ministers, vice-governors, vice-mayors, employees of state corporations. Within the framework of the consortium, we will continue to work together to strengthen the practical component of existing programs and implement new ones: the development of digital competencies is an important part of all educational programs of the academy from the training of senior managers to programs of first higher education.
