On January 21, 2021 the Primetals Technologies company, one of the largest equipment suppliers for metallurgical industry and also the expert in the field of digitalization and automation, reported that she selected solutions of Rockwell Automation – namely the high-voltage frequency converters Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 6000 – for application in installation of gas purification of the large producer became in Russia.

The Intelligent Package Power (IPP) system of Rockwell Automation company made possible cooperation of Rockwell Automation and the supplier of large engines, WEG companies, within this project. 10 high-voltage frequency converters Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 6000 from Rockwell Automation together with 10 electric motors from WEG with a total power of 16 MW will be implemented.
