On March 3, 2014 the company Haulmont announced integration project implementation ECM- systems THESIS with a customer relationship management system Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the oil Primornefteprodukt company JSC.

Project Tasks

JSC Primornefteprodukt felt need for synchronization of process of order taking from clients for delivery, storage and transportation of oil products with creation and approval of documents and agreements for the THESIS system.

Project Progress

Integration is executed in the form of processes:

  • Synchronization of information on partners, automatic filling of a card of the agreement in the THESIS system data from CRM;
  • Synchronization of types and agreement types in CRM- and ESM-systems, creation of templates of the agreements uniform for both systems;
  • Start of processes of approval of agreements and commercial offers in the THESIS system directly from CRM, formation of a barcode, sending documents for registration to the accounting system;
  • Exchange of investments.

The received solution allowed to increase efficiency of sales department due to use necessary in work with clients of functions Microsoft Dynamics CRM together with ECM- the system THESIS providing automation of the main business of processes.
