The Kant printing house increased the speed and printing quality thanks to installation of the Xerox Versant CFM 

On June 6, 2018 the Xerox company announced installation full-color the Xerox Versant 180 Press CFM  in Kant printing house. It allowed the company to increase the speed and quality of production and also to expand the range of materials, available to printing. The project was executed by Siberian Service Service company.

Earlier on the direction of operational polygraphy the printing house used the park of the jet systems and laser printers of office segment. At the increased amounts of printing it is the equipment could not provide the necessary quality level and speeds of production of products any more.

The solution of this problem of Kant company required the new digital printing equipment of photobooks and average amounts of classical commercial polygraphy, including leaflets, brochures and business cards.

The printing house installed the full-color industrial Xerox Versant 180 Press system in December, 2017. The company was attracted by reliability of the CFM , level of service support, high quality and low cost value of printing and also ample opportunities of work with special materials.

The Xerox Versant 180 Press CFM helped Kant company to execute quicker orders thanks to a print speed of 80 pages per minute and functions of automation. The module of straightening of material (Smart Decurler Module) which is built in the highway of paper prevents twisting of sheets, including at automatic two-sided printing. Simple Image Quality Adjustment provides automatic adjustment of a register mark by 12 parameters, including a distortion, a trapeze and shrinkage of paper and also setup of currents of transfer on complex materials, such as cardboard, plastic, textured and design paper. The exact register mark is also provided by Registration Alignment technology.

Thanks to the Xerox Versant 180 Press installation the Kant company could increase the speed of accomplishment of orders, lower load of the operator of printing section and also expand opportunities for work with dense materials.
