Goals and Objectives

In process of growth and business development for Proservice company there were relevant cost optimization questions on the wage fund (WF). Project implementation will be enabled on the basis of already functioning "1C: Payroll and HR Management" software product.

Before a project team the complex of tasks is delivered. First of all, it is necessary to exclude errors and abuses regarding changes of the staff list (combination, substitution), regarding payroll calculation for a worked time (the sheet of a time recording should correspond in accuracy to personnel documents). Besides, the exception of the "pads" connected with violation of the approved vacation schedule, control of observance of the vacation schedule and also system implementation of KPI and automation of calculation of a bonus part of salary is required.

Choosing a Solution

The partner Proservice on implementation became Corus Consulting. When choosing the partner we paid special attention to existence of successfully implemented uncommon projects on automation of the personnel block, experience with the large companies with the state from 2000 employees. Result

Within the project the following functional units are automated:

  • Registration of settlement documents on the basis of personnel;
  • Calculation of a variable part of the salary;
  • Control of the periods of combination/substitution of employees;
  • Control of compliance of the actual holidays of employees planned in the diagram.
