The document provides for the supply of aircraft of various passenger capacity and range, which will be used by Russian airlines for regional and main traffic.

According to the Rostec concern, the signing of the agreement enshrines the terms of delivery of 132 short-haul Superjet aircraft, 65 regional turboprop Il-114-300 and 41 medium-haul Tu-214. The aircraft will be delivered between 2027 and 2032, reflecting long-term plans to upgrade the fleet of domestic airlines. General Director of GTLK Evgeny Dietrich noted the importance of this transaction in the framework of the new national project "Industry," stressing that GTLK has already established itself as the main supplier of aviation equipment for regional aviation. The company's work is aimed not only at updating the airline fleet, but also at supporting the domestic aircraft industry, which is of strategic importance for achieving the country's technological independence.

UAC General Director Yuri Slyusar, in turn, stressed that the agreement forms a long-term mechanism for financing the supply of new aircraft through a state leasing company. This will ensure transport accessibility and connectivity of the regions of Russia, which is especially important for domestic transportation. As part of the import substitution program, the supplied aircraft will play a key role in updating the fleet of Russian air carriers and developing the aviation industry.[1]
