Previously, managers processed all orders by phone, and kept records in the internal system. A lot of time was spent on standard operations (selection of products, coordination of the volume of supplies, etc.), and the client needed to contact the manager directly to clarify current prices each time. As a result, the process of processing the order was delayed. A logical decision was the creation of a B2B portal.

Tasks

  • Create a catalog with different search scenarios, qualitative presentation of goods and price types;
  • Organize work in the personal account for counterparties;
  • Automate document management;
  • Integrate accounting system 1C with to correctly upload product information
  • Create adaptive site design.

Catalog

Customers of the company (retail chains, catering establishments, hotels) need the opportunity to independently choose products. To do this, the site presents a catalog organized by the main categories: cheese, meat gastronomy, milk products, etc. For unauthorized users, the catalog is displayed without specifying prices, there is also no way to order, these options appear in your personal account.

The user can find the desired products by searching the site and in his personal account through searching for catalog products.

Buyer's Personal Account

To get access to your personal account, you need to issue an application and document the status. After the registration procedure, the data of the new legal entity (counterparty) are entered in 1C.

In your personal account, the user gets the opportunity to select the product and place an order, as well as access to personal information and purchase history. At the same time, each outlet calculates its prices.

Manager's Personal Account

The company's managers also have a personal account on the site. It opens access to users who are assigned to a specific employee. The manager can view the user's personal data, as well as, if necessary, go to the portal under his account and place an order.

Result

The B2B portal with the functionality necessary to solve business problems has been launched. Wholesale customers can order with an intuitive interface. It was also possible to effectively redistribute the time of the company's managers. The company switched to an escort format. Also in parallel is the development of the B2C direction.
