All Profil24 outsourcing customer service projects have been described and unified. Setup and adjustment are carried out by supervisors without the involvement of IT specialists. Supervisors gained access to the reporting, control and monitoring system.

When choosing the NAUMEN platform, Profil24 seamlessly transitioned from a legacy solution based on multiple products with heterogeneous interfaces.
