Progress plant

The Dialog Information Technologies company completed the project of automation of accounting and tax accounting based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system at Progress Plant, producer of the industrial equipment (compression molds, stamps, plastic products and an upakov).

Transition to a new information system was caused by reorganization of the company and implementation at the enterprise of a quality management system according to requirements of ISO 9001.

Automation of accounting and tax accounting, personnel records and payroll was a project objective. At the same time it was decided to be limited to opportunities of a standard system, without doing additional completions, but configuring it under features of processes of discrete machine-building production.

During implementation in four months accounting and tax accounting was completely automated; management accounting, including the production cost accounting and cost accounting, maintaining production specifications of products, accounting of release of semi-finished products and finished goods, accounting of purchases and production supplies, accounting of implementation of finished goods; and also personnel records and payroll calculation.

A system covered divisions of serial and small-lot production, accounting and financial services, directorates on sales and marketing, human resource department. During the project 10 jobs were automated.
