Automation of accounting in Trading House Prom LLC based on software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is complete

Trading House Prom LLC since 1993 is engaged in production and sale of light-protective constructions – blinds, deliveries of component parts, rolled and vertical matter, an aluminum tape and the equipment for production of blinds in the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS. The enterprise also releases own complete set for production of blinds under the PRIS trademark (LIFE, HIT, ECO, ROLL) and also is the official representative of the equipment MAGNUM SYSTEM in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Earlier in the company conducting production, operational and personnel records and also payroll was not automated. There was no efficiency in accounting that complicated preparation of the regulated reporting. It was difficult to control accomplishment of production orders, deliveries of component parts and stock remainders. The management did not obtain operational information about activity of divisions.

For the purpose of process optimization of accounting and planning the company management made the decision on implementation of a new information system which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties. As the software product the complete solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality corresponded to assigned tasks was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) having successful experience of automation of trade production companies became the partner in implementation.

During the project installation and setup of the program was made, user training and consultations on work with a system is provided. In total it was automated jobs 20 and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Accounting;
  • Tax accounting;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Personnel management;
  • Cash management;
  • Budgeting;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Customer relationship management (CRM);
  • Vendor relationship management (SRM);
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Production management;
  • Sales management;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Purchase planning.

A system allowed to solve the global problems facing the enterprise namely – to automate activity of all key divisions of the company, including production, a warehouse, accounting, financial and commercial departments, personnel department and payroll. There was an opportunity to quickly plan supply of materials and component parts. Processing speed of orders of buyers increased. In general, the efficiency of activity of the company increased. As a result of implementation the enterprise received the unified information system for conducting the regulated, production and personnel records. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. A set of managerial reports allow the management to control activity of the company quickly.

In the near future further development of a system, its setup under specific requirements of the company, control function automation by orders in production is planned.
