The Promagroleasing leasing company expands use of the electronic document management system Case developed by Electronic Office Systems company. The project executes RUP "Center of Electronic Document Management" of BGU (Minsk).
Promagroleasing implements state programs of Republic of Belarus on retrofitting of agro-industrial complex of the Minsk region by hi-tech agricultural machinery.
The project started in November, 2009 with automation of work of office. Electronic accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence is organized and effective control of execution of documents is provided. Besides, special output forms which allowed to analyze information in a necessary section are developed.
In the course of work the decision on use of this solution for database maintenance of contractual documents was made. Additional jobs of EDMS for this purpose purchased, software configuration is implemented, user training is provided.
