The voice robot helps the company's employees in preparing information educational events, which regularly gather up to 700 pharmaceutical market participants.

The voice assistant from MTT took on the task of informing about the webinars for drug manufacturers. As a result, the conversion on calls from the digital assistant was 40%.

Previously, several event managers were involved in reminding and confirming participation in events. Now the digital assistant from MTT copes with this task in less than an hour. At the same time, the operation of the voice assistant costs about 2 rubles per minute, while the operator's work is estimated at an average of 15 rubles per minute.
