2023: Transition to the "Russian Telephone Node"

PSB is switching to the domestic unified communications platform "Russian Telephone Node" (RTU) from SATEL as part of the implementation of the strategy of technological independence of the bank's digital solutions. SATEL announced this on October 18, 2023.

The platform provides a reliable communication system, simplifies the administration of the communication infrastructure, and also reduces production costs. The solution is deployed in a multi-server configuration in accordance with the bank's high information security standards.

PSB's work is based on the continuous development of digital architecture. The introduction of domestic advanced technologies ensures the sustainability of business processes and the further growth of digital efficiency. In the process of telephony migration to the domestic platform, a hybrid architecture of secure communications with tools for creating, storing and exchanging information was implemented. Thus, media traffic never leaves a secure circuit, and infrastructure costs and update delivery time are reduced, "said Nikita Shamrai, senior vice president - head of the information technology unit.

"We have always been actively working on the development of our own software solutions, so we are doubly pleased that one of the banks in Russia chose us as a partner in achieving the goals of technological independence." }}
