2020: Expansion of communication channels

The federal provider of intelligent solutions for business of JSC MTT on a third expanded the existing direction of communication with network of contact center of PJSC Promsvyazbank (PSB) in connection with growth of traffic on service 8-800. Reported about it to MTT on July 6, 2020.

- PSB it is very important for our partner that the service was technically reliable and could be scaled quickly under customer needs. Specialists of MTT carried out works on expansion of the existing direction of communication that will allow to process a bigger quantity of calls, - Andrey Azhigirov, the deputy CEO of MTT company says.

According to the research "The Russian Market of Service "Non-charge Call" (8-800) — Results of 2019" conducted by the TMT Consulting agency, MTT took the second place on development 8-800. The popularity of service is explained by the fact that use of federal multichannel number 8-800 increases quantity and duration of calls from clients, for them the call is free. Connection number 8-800 to VATS allows to use it together in call tracking and also to integrate with popular CRM, to supplement with intellectual services and other VAS.
